Registration terms for workers

By registering for the Orshina Connect service you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Registration constitutes full acceptance.

1. Nature of the service; no commitment

Orshina ("the Company") operates a platform to display caregiver profiles to families and to connect parties. The service is not an employer and does not guarantee employment. Any employment relationship is solely between the worker and the family/employer.

2. Limitation of liability

The Company, its owners, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage (including loss of profits, work or data) arising from use of the service, mismatch between profile and family, actions of third parties, technical failure, inaccuracy of information you provided, or any other cause related to the service. The service is provided "as is".

3. Consent to use of information

By registering you give explicit consent for the Company to collect, store and use (including display) all information, photos, videos and documents you upload or enter – on the site, to families and potential employers, and through any channel the Company chooses for operating, marketing and improving the service. The Company may share data with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) in accordance with its privacy policy.

4. Accuracy of information and right of use

You represent that the information you provided is true, complete and current. The Company may use the information and content (including photos and videos) you uploaded for any purpose related to the service, including profile publication and marketing, without additional payment or consent, for as long as the account is active or per the Company's retention policy.

5. Conduct and termination

The Company reserves the right to remove a profile, block access or discontinue service in case of breach of these terms, false information, or improper conduct. Cancellation does not waive terms that already applied to use of data.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Israel apply; exclusive jurisdiction is the competent courts in the State of Israel.
